If you don’t succeed now, when?
Learn how to create a “success” strategy based on Your inner thoughts!
Learn how to create a successful strategy based on your inner thoughts and combine it with the design process used in architecture and construction. This process helps you overcome negative programming and accomplish specific goals.
It’s imperative that you learn to use these methods ASAP! Live a full life filled with the satisfaction of being truly successful knowing that you have experienced all the joy and riches the cosmic has to offer or you could just ignore this message and as Henry David Thoreau wrote: “Most men lead lives of quiet desperation and go to the grave with the song still in them.”
I want to reach out to you before it’s too late; whatever position you find yourself in at present starting today you can take charge of your life and achieve the success that has eluded you so far. Your brilliant future is now!
I was in my thirties with a wife and two children under the age of six. I quit the best paying job that I ever had to follow my dream. To pursue my love of architecture I left my position in accounting at RBB Architects to study architecture again because the culture at RBB Architects was so inspiring especially after being encouraged by Fred Rochlin, one of the firm’s founders, and the other architects that I saw and spoke with every day.
I had a plan to earn money as a real estate appraiser while I returned to school full-time but the opportunity fell through the cracks and I found myself unemployed and $8,000. in debt with a monthly rental of $840. I stumbled upon a note left in the classroom at Pierce College that a local Architect Sheldon Brown was looking for a part-time drafter. So I telephoned Mr. Brown and he asked me to drop off some of the drawings that I had produced at his office. About a week later I received a phone call from him advising me that he had decided to hire me, I didn’t even have to sit for an interview!
I had to go to my parents and borrow the $8,000. to cover my back rent and bills. This was very humiliating considering I had a family, was 33 years-old and that my father had informed me many times over the past 30 years that I was stupid and would never amount to anything!
My position and relationship worked out very well at Sheldon Brown’s office, I was taken out to lunch and Sheldon told me how much he appreciated my work and promoted me to the Job Captain position at his office!
I was still paying $840 a month in rent and even though my wife JoAnne was an accountant at Reeves Entertainment Group we were struggling with our bills, our income had dropped from over $40,000 a year (in 1986) to less than $20K in 1987- we were strapped!
So I decided that since I couldn’t afford to work full time to cover private school tuition at USC or Sci-Arc that we would move to Tucson, Arizona and I would apply to the University of Arizona.
We moved on speculation not knowing anyone in Tucson- not having one relative there either. I just knew that this was the right decision for me and my family. I started networking like crazy and was introduced to a local architect Mr. Lewis Hall where I became an unpaid intern (of sorts) on one of his proposed cultural projects. This led me to my only interview for a drafting position at M3 Engineering. I was hired at M3 after moving to Tucson in only seven short weeks! The irony of it all is that if the real estate appraiser job had worked out and I hadn’t worked for Sheldon Brown that I would not have had the design experience that qualified me to work at M3 Engineering and I may never have had a career in design.
Over the years I continued my education part-time and elevated my skill level. The pay raises followed as my skills increased.
Starting over in Tucson with only a few hundred dollars of savings and no contacts and in ten years we sold our first home at a profit with enough net equity to build our dream home!
My skill allowed me to design and build our home here in Tucson, not only did I make the drawings but I acted as my own contractor supervising the construction! What this taught me:
Life is just like the design process!
So what kind of life are YOU designing for yourself? Are you still letting all the BS on television mold you into mediocrity and sloth? Do you have a parent like my dad who always put you down so as to build himself up? Have you given up on your dream because of your responsibility to pay bills? Or are you just caught up in the daily grind?
This may sound like just another “self-help” book filled with clichés and self-deluding affirmations.
However I wrote this book for a specific purpose to fill the gaps where the other books failed: to set up a specific sequence of thought giving you a roadmap to reprogram your mind and life for success.
“They needed the money; this will turn a lion into a water buffalo quicker than anything else. I believe that working to pay bills is one of the most common causes in forgetting your dream. So many people are just too tired at the end of the day to work on or even think about their dream. Too bad. Turn off the damn TV! The TV will suck your dream right into the black hole of oblivion. Refuse to veg- unless of course your dream is to become a vegetable.”

How to create your life vision and a better life
Klemmer starts by asking you to create a perfect vision for your life— a vision that becomes a mission to follow that will change your life for the better, so you can make the next 365 days the best year of your life. And he then makes a simple promise:
“If you’re willing to follow my eight step process, I’m willing to guarantee that by this time next year you’ll be well on your way to health, wealth, wisdom, and happiness.”
And the first step is the most crucial—to create your vision and mission for your new and better life. A vision that will show you exactly what you need to do to get what you want out of life.
Klemmer walks you through his powerful process for creating your personalized life mission. You start by turning your vague dreams and ambitions into specific goals so you know exactly where it is you want to be.
But then you take another step that goes beyond just setting goals and hoping you achieve them. You organize your thoughts eliminating false negative beliefs. Transforming your life into a visionary crusade consistently taking specific actions to make achieving your goals practically inevitable. It’s a crucial step that’s simply missing from most goal-setting books.
And what’s really nice is how simple the process of design is. Even if you have hundreds of goals — including some that con-flict — you’ll discover how to reduce them down to four funda-mental life goals, a simplification that makes achieving them much easier; pages 20-24.
You’ll be amazed at how good you feel
Whether you’ve set goals in the past or not, I urge you to give Klemmer’s ideas in Permission to Succeed a try. When you do, you’ll find yourself making progress almost automatically.
And once you get the ball rolling, you’ll be amazed at the rapid progress you make and at how your life will change.
You’ll achieve goals that you’ve been dreaming about for years. And as you do, you’ll be surprised at how good you feel. You’ll feel your confidence growing — and any doubts you had about yourself fading away. Bottom line: You’ll begin to enjoy life more.
Better yet, your early success will breed more success and your newfound energy and confidence will fuel you throughout every day.
And you’ll suddenly find it easier than ever before to accom-plish your most important goals.
You’ll be amazed at how much progress you’ll make in just a few shorts weeks. And as the weeks go by, you’ll realize you really are having the best year of your life.
What would you start today if?
You believed that you would succeed?
You believed Time was in your favor?
You believed that you already possess the skill and talent necessary?
You believed that you presently have the necessary money to start?
You believed that you already know the right people to assist you?
You believed that you are presently able to persuade and moti-vate others effectively?
I will show you how to
Become the Master of Your Own Mind!
Motivational self-help book provides eight critical steps to succeed Zak Klemmer draws from emotional and engineering mindsets to create a bold life plan in “Permission to Succeed”
TUCSON, Ariz. – Are you fully committed to living your vision? Business leader Zak Klemmer offers a step-by-step guide to change our thinking when it comes to creating success in our lives with “Permission to Succeed” (ISBN 1456472038). https://tinyurl.com/2fyhqd5
Klemmer provides the following equation as a representation of his book’s overall message: Beliefs + Thoughts + Feelings + Habits = Results
Drawing from his introspection on life, the author discusses the importance of vision, values, goals, tasks, self-talk, attitude, commitment and tackling all of the above right now. He stresses how to overcome negative programming and use the structure of design to achieve goals in life.
“My book creates a strategy based on an individual’s inner thoughts and combines it with the design process used in architecture and construction. This process helps one overcome negative programming and accomplish specific goals,” said Klemmer.
The author designed a plan for readers, like you, to create their life vision, envision them-selves living it, and learn to become competent within the goal. The process involves finding mentors and acting right away, something Klemmer emphasizes throughout “Permission to Succeed.”
Permission to Succeed prescribes the exact formula for achieving the success you’ve been seeking.
And Zak Klemmer didn’t accomplish this because he’s smarter than you (he was a “C” student in high school and flunked algebra twice)...
...or because he has amazing savant like gifts that you can’t hope to match...
...or because he’s a workaholic, working 18 hour days to get it all done.
Not on your life. The fact is, Zak Klemmer was able to discover the secrets of success, for two reasons:
1. He spent years wondering in a wilderness, settling for second place until he realized that he was successful all along—He just had to cash the check!
2. He happened upon two highly successful mentors who shared their own secrets with him and accelerated his progress on the road to success.
An Important message from Lisa Jimenez M.Ed.:
“I love this book’s message! “Permission to Succeed” is your guide to help you break through the limiting beliefs that hold you back and begin achieving at levels you’ve only dreamed of! It all begins with a “Mind-Set”…
A person’s “Mind-Set” is what creates their level of success. So, what about you? Where’s your “Mind-Set”? Are you wired for success? Mediocrity? Or poverty?
I just returned from a European Speaking and Book Tour. From Stockholm to Flor-ence to Paris... Extraordinary! These three incredible cities represent three very distinct "mind-sets". I'd like to share with you my perspective of these 3 cities and ask you to discern which "mind-set" most closely resembles yours...
First, I did a presentation in Stockholm. The Swedes are amazing people. They love to learn and expand themselves; which can be challenging for them as the mind-set with most Swedes is to be "good" but not "too good". Create success. But not "too much" success.
Were you raised with that mentality? Did your mom, dad or guardian tell you not to "show off" when you received an award, good grades or a trophy? And how is that mentality affecting you and your potential today? Where are you allowing it to stop you from really taking on a project, a relationship or a business opportunity?
Then there's the "Corporate" mentality in Sweden. Most of my Swedish clients are new to entrepreneurialism and still work full time for government or a corporation. And rightly so; the corporations in Sweden treat their employees very well. When a couple has a baby, they BOTH get maternity leave. And the woman is guaranteed her position back even if she chooses to take a year off being a full time mom. One of my Swedish clients got her Quantum Leap Coaching program completely paid for by her employer!
Don't get too enamored... this can be a trap!
It's the trap of the 'golden handcuffs'; you may know it well. You don't want to launch that business idea as to lose your J.O.B.'s health benefits or severance package or retirement fund... Where are you allowing the "Golden Handcuff" mentality to stop you from pursuing the calling in your heart?
Then I flew to Florence...
Ahhhhh Florence! The mindset of this magical city is family, food and leaving a legacy. I spent a week there planning one of my Mastermind Retreats. I had the opportunity to set up excursions and meet the owners of these family owned businesses. Incredible! First, I went to The Leather Academy and Show Room. This family owned business was founded nearly 100 years ago and is now run by the owners' daughters. Laura is the marketing director and spent 2 hours showing me pictures, telling me about her family, her father's vision and the legacy of the Leather Academy. Her older sister is one of the main designers of the handbags and Barbara, the youngest sister is the bookkeeper. This company is a global organization and yet their greatest pride comes from being in Florence and leaving a family legacy.
Their “Mind-Set” is leaving a legacy…
Hmmmm... It got me thinking about the teams I've created to grow my company. After spending time in these companies I am present to the importance of creating a legacy with my company and the mission I've been given. What about you? Do you know your "assignment"? Have you realized your purpose and do you live it out in your work, play and your everyday existence?
What is the legacy you are leaving?
Then there's Paris. Remarkable, amazing, delicious Paris! I spent a day training one of my Ambassador Level Coaching clients who's building a global Network Marketing business. I've been to Paris 10 times and even lived there for a summer. So this city has incredible memories for me.
The mindset of Paris is "larger than life!" When you stand before the Eiffel Tower and the thousands of lights begin to twinkle... you're speechless. The breathtaking architecture, the Louvre Museum filled with art from the Master's, the operas that are performed, the ancient bridges that cross the Seine River... It's larger than life!
I was in Paris this past Christmas and I actually saw Chandeliers hung in the open air over the famous street Rue de Rivoli! Chandeliers! Ha, only in Paris!
Where are you being "larger than life"? Does your life represent an abundance mentality?
Think about nature. You cannot doubt the fact that nature, just like Paris, reflects the Law of Abundance. Everywhere you look Nature is lavishly extravagant! Every seed that grows brings forth fifty, a hundred and even a thousand fold. There is abundance of health, happiness, ideas and prosperity for everyone and your supply is available for the asking ~ and the believing!
I brought my 3 children to Paris one summer and we lived in a flat on the Champs Elysees. After spending that time exploring Paris, my son Beau remarked, "Paris is the best of human potential!" When you gaze upon the art work, admire the architecture, view an opera, walk across an ancient bridge, you realize that Beau is right on... Paris is the best of human potential.
You know what? I bet Michelangelo had to remind himself from time to time that HE WAS A MASTER. I'm sure Leonardo da Vinci questioned his talent on occasion. It's probable that Vincent van Gogh, Claude Monet and I.M. Pei (the architect who de-signed the Louvre pyramid) wondered if they were truly masters.
What about you? Do you really get that you have been called to express your unique talent and greatness? And, have you decided to create the best of human potential in your career and life?
Have you given yourself permission to "BE GREAT"?
Let this book, “Permission to Succeed!” be your teacher. Zak Klemmer’s system and style of teaching is brilliant! Read and reread every chapter. Underline and take notes. Play full out in this educational journey to create the “Mind-Set” you need to achieve your goals and give yourself… “Permission to Succeed!””
To your success,
Lisa Jimenez M.Ed.

In the last 25 years I have been mentored by entrepreneurs who started successful businesses and became multi-millionaires. And l have studied from many books that all have promised to teach the laws of success and specific skill sets to help you succeed in life. They were incomplete! I was able to “decode” the hidden meaning in the design process used in Architecture, Construction and Engineering and teach you to apply this knowledge in your life right now!
This book was written for a specific purpose to fill the gaps where other “self-help” books failed: to set up a specific sequence of thought giving the reader a roadmap to reprogram their mind and life for success. The success principles of human action have created great wealth for those who understood their meaning then had the courage to act.
This is my challenge to you:
Give me 48 Hours and I will show you how to blast through all
of your self-imposed limitations and start on Success Road!
Know right now: that to live your passion, seeing life as a journey of self-discovery, to seek out and find your authentic and true self is the only measure of success. This is a process that starts with a “Vision” then you go on a “Life Mission” to create the person that you are meant to be.
Take the weekend off! Take time for yourself away from other people, telephones, TV, radio and any distractions. Become completely detached from any negativity or pessimistic people. Find a place where you can relax and dream and plan. Use this book as a model to recreate yourself into your authentic and true self. Abraham Maslow referred to this as Self-Actualization.
Put your Life’s Vision into action and enjoy the rewards: The promotion you’ve been working towards... a second stream of income from the business you’ve always wanted to start... the vacation you’ve been dreaming of... more time for yourself, your family, and your friends... and so much more.
So Success Is Really Up to You Isn’t It?
It’s not fate but your thoughts and actions that determine your level of success. The only factor between you and the success that you day dream about is the courage to act! Create your dreams in reality, in the here and now! Act now and give yourself Permission to Succeed!
Read Zak’s new book Permission to Succeed – A new YOU 4 the New Year — and create your own Vision and Mission.

You will earn a fortune between your first and last paycheck. The secret to becoming rich is to pay yourself first. Creating wealth starts with priorities: setting aside capital for investing is a first step. Without investment capital you are solely dependent on the paycheck from your employer, you are just an indentured servant to your employer and the banks that you owe money to.
The best investment is one that can never be taken away, that one is your mind. By investing in your mind through acquiring knowledge you will have the tools to take better decisions. At RBB Architects there is a chart that is presented to their clients; it’s an exponential graph showing the costs of changing a design during the time line of a project. Design changes early cost little compared to changes later which effect all the factors, changes at that point are very costly.
Think of your life in terms of time: how old are you? A forty year-old is at the mid-point in life with the expectation of an 80 year life span.
Investing in knowledge today that give you the tools of insight and wisdom will propel you on your success track. Doesn’t it make sense to invest sixty-four cents a day amortized over the next 31 days? When you think of your long-term success and happiness a 365 day amortization is a pittance of $0.05. Allow me to offer you this pledge: give me 48 hours and I will show you how to blast through all of your self-imposed limitations and start on your personal success track:
If you act now you can start designing and building the life of your dreams, of your deepest desires. The alternative is to do nothing and remain where you are, stuck in your past. It’s still your design just that your future results won’t be as inspiring and you will be a little older still looking back at your past regretting why you didn’t have the courage to choose success.
And the first step is the most crucial—to create your vision and mission for your new and better life. A vision that will show you exactly what you need to do to get what you want out of life. Click on this link to get started today:
